Condition
We do not accept returns for change of mind, opened boxes, or unsatisfactory performance.

Hardware Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all hardware components, including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, and other parts, are compatible with their existing system. No returns will be accepted for compatibility-related issues.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is physically damaged or fails to power on immediately upon delivery, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a replacement for DOA items, you must provide a clear and high-quality video recording of the complete unboxing process.

Manufacturer Warranty
If a product fails after the initial 24-hour period, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you by providing the necessary invoices to help you claim warranty service at the brand’s authorized service center.
